JOB PURPOSE:

The Centralized Estimatics Reviewer partners with on-site Repair Planners and Customer Experience Representatives to help support each RO they are responsible for. This role is specialized to specific insurance carriers and ensures quality reviews and estimates that meet our partners’ compliance standards.

 

This position requires technical expertise in collision repair estimatics, can clearly communicate detailed repair processes, and serves as a subject matter expert for assigned insurance carriers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual estimates and supplement audits by thoroughly reviewing estimate accuracy, manufacturer procedures, claim facts, photo documentation, and advisor reports to ensure compliance with OEM and insurance carrier standards.
  • Collaborate with repair center personnel to ensure file accuracy and provide technical guidance on manufacturer repair processes and carrier requirements.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of manufacturer guidelines and conduct manufacturer-specific audits to ensure adherence to luxury and EV brand standards.
  • Review repair orders to confirm manufacturer compliance and identify opportunities for quality repair improvements.
  • Support high-priority projects, participate in on-site training and development initiatives, and contribute to peer training and mentorship.
  • Manage workflow to meet internal turnaround time expectations for initial estimates, supplements, and file reviews, ensuring minimal delays in the repair process.
  • Maintain detailed records of reviews and compliance audits to support internal QA processes and external manufacturer audits.
  • Identify and escalate issues related to insurance disputes, repair feasibility, or OEM non-compliance to appropriate leadership or support teams.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve estimating processes, templates, and system settings within CCC ONE or other platforms.
  • Partner with internal departments such as Operations, Training, and Quality to align on best practices and continuously improve performance metrics.
  • Travel to various locations for OEM training, on-site sessions, market integration, and project collaboration. Travel may include overnight stays and extended time away from the primary work location.

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of OEM collision repair procedures, insurance carrier requirements, and luxury/EV brand standards.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the collision repair industry with a focus on luxury and/or EV vehicles.
  • Proficiency in CCC ONE Total Repair Platform, manufacturer repair portals, and insurance guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow and improve structured processes while maintaining flexibility in dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of maintaining accuracy under high-volume workload.
  • Strong written skills for documenting findings, writing clear estimate notes, and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing manufacturer requirements, insurance procedures, and internal workflow updates.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret complex data, explain technical details, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Relevant certifications such as I-CAR Platinum or ASE B6, with a commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight and air travel.
