We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Crash Champions. As a TA Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. You will work closely with operational hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, you will be involved in the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. This role will own reporting and interaction with operational leads to communicate talent acquisition updates. This is a remote position, sitting within the geographical region of support. Candidates must be willing to travel to support recruiting initiatives.
